Former Disney star Kyle Massey is being sued by a 13-year-old girl who claims that the actor sent her explicit texts, videos, and photos last December. Both the young teen and her mother's names are withheld in court paperwork for the child's protection, but the documents state that Massey is specifically being sued for "sending explicit matter to a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, annoying or molesting a minor and emotional distress."

The lawsuit details how the girl and her family met the That's So Raven actor and rapper, stating that she was just four-years-old when she and her mother met Massey in Universal City, California. At that time, the girl and her mother were interested in her developing a career in entertainment, and throughout the years they kept in contact with Massey. He would often offer to help them and over time, they all came to be good friends, even stating in the court documents, obtained by Entertainment Tonight, that Massey "held himself out as a father figure."

In November 2018, the girl says that she and Massey began communicating once again after she heard that he was working on rebooting his That's So Raven spin-off series, Cory in the House. The teen claims she reached out to him to see if there was a way that she could audition for the series. In the lawsuit, the girl says that Massey offered to have her move from Seattle to Los Angeles, telling her that she could live with him and his girlfriend while he found her an agent.

Throughout their exchange, the girl reportedly told Massey multiple times that she is only in the eighth grade and four years away from graduation. That reportedly didn't stop him from adding her on SnapChat and allegedly sending her explicit material, including a photo of him holding his penis with a text message that reads "LOL/Just me messing with u LOL" and a video of his erect penis. The girl is suing for $1.5 million.
