Desus Nice and The Kid Mero have a brand new TV show and people are starting to get excited. They are two of the funniest hosts on television, recently moving networks and performing for a larger audience. During a recent appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Desus & Mero started to promote their upcoming series, hyping up their interview with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Cortez is one of the most exciting young politicians in America right now, shaking things up in Congress as many of her supporters hope that she will run for President one day. The Bronx native was speaking with the comedic duo for their show in the capital and all of a sudden, the police started giving them trouble. Desus and Mero have a few theories though.
Chatting with Seth Meyers, the two personalities said that they believe Mike Pence's brother may have something to do with the police heavily requesting permits from them. "Apparently, the capital police don't have a sense of humor," they said. After going through metal detectors six times, they decided to film in front of Mike Pence's brother's office, who is a representative. "All of a sudden, the capital police comes in and asks us for a film permit," said Desus and Mero. "Ya snitch!"
Who else is looking forward to seeing how this plays out?
