Dave's been putting in work in the U.K, for years. He's been one of the most promising artists in the U.K. hip-hop scene. Although he's a big name in the U.K., he made brief waves in North America after Drake remixed his single, "Wanna Know." Tomorrow, his long-awaited debut album, Psychodrama will finally hit streaming services but before its release, he comes through with one last single.
Dave takes us through his stomping grounds on his new single, "Streatham." The single follows the release of "Black" which dropped last week. Nana Rogues co-produced "Streatham" along with Dave himself. The rapper reflects on his upbringing in the South London district. "I seen a lot of man get pressured, why?/ I grew up in Streatham and teachers were giving man test/ Same time mandem were given out testers/I got pengtings givin' man stress," he raps on the hook.
Peep his new track below and keep your eyes peeled for Psychodrama dropping tonight.
