Chris Brown's home has been broken into in the past, but nothing quite as serious as this. Early Wednesday morning, Brown's recently-purchased home in the San Fernando Valley was targeted for a robbery.
The singer wasn't home at the time, he was seen leaving a Hollywood club at around the same time the home invasion was going down (2 AM). Three armed men reportedly forced their way inside Chris Brown's home, where his aunt was staying at the time. She was shoved into a closet by the men after being held at gunpoint. Meanwhile, the robbers ransacked the house, reportedly taking off with money and other property before fleeing the scene.
Brown's aunt called 911, but by the time the cops arrived the robbers were gone. Law enforcement sources say that the home invaders specifically singled out Brown's home, knowing that he was the owner.
