Whenever Wendy Williams hands out a compliment, it's usually backhanded. She lives for the drama and she makes that extremely clear during her talk showsegments. Right now, she's going through her own personal complications but she's powering through by focusing on the hottest topics in the entertainment world, aside from her divorce. Last week, Chris Brown confirmed that he would be heading on tour with Nicki Minaj this summer, bringing their new single "Wobble Up" on the road. Wendy was excited to inform her audience about the tour and as she wondered about the possibility of a support act starting out the show, she threw some very subtle shade at both artists by saying they never actually show up on time. "They're both notorious for showing up late so whoever shows up first opens [the show]," remarked Wendy. Chris Brown replied by reposting the video and adding his own commentary, trying to look past the jab.
"OK WENDY," he wrote with a heart emoji. "I DONT SHOW UP LATE THOUGH!! I DO HOWEVER SHOW DA FUCK OUT. APPRECIATE DA PUB. WHEN U BROKEN.. u live in da shade... JUST KNOW I SAW THE COMPLIMENT IN BETWEEN THE DEMONS. thanks boo."
Chris' response isn't nearly as insult-tinged as 50 Cent's would have been. It's clear that Breezy is trying to embrace a more positive lifestyle approach, keeping himself out of potentially ugly situations and acknowledging only the positives.
