Though Cardi B has taken a bit of a hiatus in the name of motherhood, it would appear the Invasion Of Privacy rapper is back with a vengeance. It has recently been announced that Bardi will be headlining the upcoming Global Citizen Fest, alongside the capable talents of The Weeknd and Sean Mendes.
While the big three have already been locked down, the festival will feature additional performances from Janet Jackson and Janelle Monáe. Such a lineup is not to do understated; for the occasion, Hugh Jackman and Deborra-lee Furness will come forth to provide hosting duties. Not only that, but the event has also secured a variety of high profile co-hosts, including Forest Whitaker, La La Anthony, Rachel Brosnahan, Naomi Campbell, Cynthia Erivo, Camren Bicondova, Gus Kenworthy and Danai Gurira.
Should you be interested in attending, be sure to mark your calendars for September 29th. The event takes place in Central Park, New York City, and tickets can be obtained by downloading the Global Citizen app or joining the movement; in other words, free, save for your time. From that moment, ticket draws will occur, and chosen fans will be notified accordingly. For those who can't make it, The Global Citizen Festival is set to air on MSNBC, as well as IHeartRadio apps.
