Cardi B is seemingly doing just fine after her Instagram shut down that was sparked by the backlash the rapper received after she won her very first Grammy award. "I work hard for my motherf***kin album. I remember last year when I didn't win for 'Bodak Yellow' and everyone was like 'Cardi got snubbed...' Now it's a motherf***kin problem?!," she said in a video.
Cardi has since reactivated her Instagram account and just last night she let loose with her husband Offset at Dan Bilzerian's Valentine's party in Bel-Air that had an 'Angels & Devils' theme. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper performed some of her best hits for the adoring crowd and at one point she called on Offset to come front and center so she could grind on her man while she rapped her "No Limit" verse.
Other acts that were present at the party, according to TMZ, was Quavo, Swae Lee, DJ Carnage and Tyga.
Lady Gaga, who was also present at the Grammys, wrote a note about her time spent with Cardi at the award show. "It is so hard to be a woman in this industry. What it takes, how hard we work through the disrespectful challenges, just to make art," she wrote. "I love you Cardi. You deserve your awards. Let’s celebrate her fight. Lift her up & honor her. She is brave."
