A video of 15-year-old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz being stabbed multiple times before he died has gone viral on social media. In the clip, Guzman-Feliz is pulled out of a Bronx bodega by the hood of his jacket by a group of men who punch and stab him a number of times before fleeing the scene. According to the New York Post, the bodega, Zesarina Grocery on East 183rd Street near Bathgate Avenue in Belmont, was Guzman-Feliz's last refuge. His sister, Genesis Collado-Feliz, claims that her brother ran into the bodega because he thought he would be safe in the store. “He tried to run into the store because he thought he’d be safe. They dragged him from the store like a dog,” she explained.
Another video of Guzman-Feliz laying down slumped over while bystanders scream and apply pressure to a stab wound on his neck has also surfaced online. Police state that the young teen got into an argument with a group of men, and when the debate turned sour he tried to escape. He ran about a block to St. Barnabas Hospital after being stabbed before succumbing to his injuries.
Cardi B, who hails from the Bronx, took to Instagram to vent about the loss of life and also send shade at local police. "These Bronx streets are ruthless .What piss me off the most is that these BX cops be harassing the shit outta people then they see a boy bleeding to death and ask what happen," she wrote on the post. "How bout you call the ambulance like ya be calling for back up when ya see nikkas smoking in front of a building !!!!! People be like”call the police!” Call the police!!” But for what," she continued.
