Cam Newton Documents Shoulder Recovery With New YouTube Channel

Newton is excited to get back into it.

Cam Newton just recently underwent arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder and is now looking at his road to recovery. In order to pass the time, Newton has now started his own YouTube channel where he blogged his surgery and the aftermath of it all. He also took the opportunity to address his fans and talk about he plans to come back stronger than ever once his shoulder heals.

“A lot of people are saying they’ve seen the best of Cam Newton,” he said. “Everything that’s been said that I don’t like, straight up. I’m not here to knock on doors. I’m here to kick the m***** f***** down. Seeing the doubt, hearing the whispers of ’He don’t got it no more,’ that’s what makes this comeback even more extraordinary to me.”

Newton continued by explaining that this shoulder injury is really a blessing in disguise and that his future with the Carolina Panthers will be an exciting one.

“I feel like this is going to make me even more dangerous. When it’s all said and done, I can look back at my life, and I know this particular time in my life propelled me to that next point. I’m excited about what the future holds,” Newton explained.

Before his injury last season, the Panthers were 6-2 but lost seven of their last eight games and finished with a record of 7-9. They ended up missing the playoffs.
