The ex-husband & baby father of deceased singing legend Whitney Houston is evidently upset with Kanye's decision to include the haunting image he chose for Pusha T's "Daytona" album cover. Bobby Brown, who also lost his daughter Bobbi Christina to Self-harm, spoke publicly for the first since the image went to press. He told Rolling Stone in an exclusive interview that he felt the cover design was done "in really bad taste." Additionally the singer's widow suggested Kanye West receive a slap to the face for his tactless behavior. Who better to administer the slap than the person most ravaged by her passing.
"That's really disgusting that he would do that," Brown said to Rolling Stone. "That's in really bad taste. Something should happen to Kanye. He's already crazy. I knew that when I first met him. Now he's pushing the bar a little bit. He needs somebody to slap him up or something. And I'm just the person to do it."
Furthermore, Whitney's estate issued a statement condemning the "Daytona" cover. Considering what little recourse they have in a reversal, the estate was limited to expressing their disappointment, adding that Kanye's actions confirmed "that no one is exempt from the harsh realities of the world." Humanity has proven countless times, that nothing is damn near too important.
