This year alone has brought on endless court happenings between Blac Chyna and her former in-laws, the Kardashians. From the many allegations between her and Rob Kardashian to Blac blaming the family for getting her E! show canceled and more, Blac has made more than a few trips to court. If you can remember, Rob & Chyna was dropped from the network and Blac thought it was the sisters ganging up on her, using their "power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season."
But according to the family, Blac got a domestic violence restraining order against Rob "making it impossible to shoot a show with interactions between the [two]."
Last month Blac gained some victory when the court rejected the Kardashians request to have Blac's case thrown out. "We thank the court for its careful, well-reasoned rulings,” Blac Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom wrote in her statement. "We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights at trial.”
The latest small victory for Blac comes from her lawyer Walter Mosley who shared on Instagram that Blac will really get her moment in court come February 2020. "February 3, 2020 ... We’re going to court ... White v. Kardashian," Walter captioned a photo of him and Blac.
Although there's lots of time until the official date, we're sure Blac is all kinds of happy.
