Birdman's taken more losses than wins this year. He made headlines throughout the year due to his legal battles with Lil Wayne, Tyga, and the foreclosure of his Miami home. The rapper's massive mansion in Florida was foreclosed after he defaulted payments, ultimately giving up the luxurious home. However, it looks like he's been having trouble getting rid of it.
According to TMZ, Birdman's Miami mansion is back on the market at a discounted price. The mogul had the mansion on sale in Miami for over a year at this point. He initially listed the mansion at $20M, but it seems like the price hasn't been enticing to home buyers. The price went down by $4.5M to $15.5M. Over the course of the year, the mansion has been on and off the market.
Birdman's massive mansion is nearly 20K square feet and includes 10 bedrooms, a private beach house, a movie theater, a chef's kitchen, 2 wine cellars, volleyball court, and guest suites.
Aside from trying to get his mansion off of the market, Birdman was recently denied the return of Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj's platinum, among other pieces of his property that were seized after Stunna was sued by EMG Transfer Agent who accused him of defaulting on his loan.
We'll keep you posted on any new updates on Birdman's legal situation.
