Bill Cosby and his wife may still be trying to get his case back in the court and in front of another judge, but until that happens the disgraced comedian still has a few cases to deal with regarding his repeated sexual assault. The Vulture reports that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has set a trial date for Judy Huth to move forward in her civil case against Bill.
Judy has been trying to sue Bill since 2015 but authorities declined her case. Judy alleges that Bill molested her at the Playboy Mansion back in 1974 when she was just 15-years-old. Although it's been 44 years, the statute of limitations hasn't taken over since Judy was a minor at the time. The courts initially decided to pause her case until Bill's main trial ended. Now that it's over and he's behind bars, Judy's set to meet Bill in court on October 7th, 2019.
With all against Bill's name and his prison sentence, he still denies any wrongdoing.
