It’s been a minute since we last heard from Big K.R.I.T. In fact, with exception to his latest feature on Dizzy Wright’s “Outrageous” collab last month & a random song with B.o.B earlier in the year, the last time the Mississippi rapper impacted our site was almost a year ago with the song “Free Agent,” where he announced that he was once again an independent artist.
Back in August, we got whispers of K.R.I.T. working on new music when he was spotted with 8 Ball & MJG in the studio, but nothing ever came of it since then. While leaving us in the dark both musically and on social media for the most part of the year, Krizzle decided to change all that Tuesday night by sending out a cryptic tweet & IG post alluding that new music is finally on the way.
With no caption provided, K.R.I.T. simply posted what looks to be the artwork to something called “TTI.” It’s unclear at the moment what “TTI” stands for or what it will be, but it’s safe to assume that it’s some sort of new music. Either new single artwork or possible initials to his next album title, but he’s definitely trying to hint to us about something.
In addition to the new “TTI” post, K.R.I.T. also made his profile avi on Twitter & Instagram pitch black, while deleting all his pics on IG, which is a sign that an album rollout is imminent. While nothing can be confirmed at this time, it most certainly looks like Big K.R.I.T. has new music coming very soon, hopefully this Friday.
Check out the cryptic posts (below) and let us know what you think “TTI” stands for. We’ll continue to keep you posted once further information gets revealed. Stay tuned.
In other related news, Big K.R.I.T. is still supposed to be dropping a new project with Curren$y at some point this year called Lacs N Chevys, or at least that's what the New Orleans spitta told us earlier this year. So keep your eyes peeled on that as well. Plenty of Krizzle on the way.
