Last week when the Los Angeles Lakers made their visit to Madison Square Garden, Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball showed up to the arena wearing a grey hoodie which had his face superimposed over Nas' "Illmatic" album cover.
Today, Big Baller Brand has made that Illmatic-inspired hoodie available in both grey and black, for $85 each.
Lonzo Ball's connection to the Queensbridge legend dates back to September when the rookie point guard referred to Migos and Future as “real hip-hop" and added, “Don’t nobody listen to Nas no more," during a taping of the Ball family reality show.
As part of the ZO2 Collection, Big Baller Brand has not only released the "album pullover hoodie" that Lonzo wore to MSG but also t-shirts that bear the same image, and plenty of other Lonzo-centric gear that has nothing to do with Nas.
All of the hoodies in the ZO2 Collection are priced at $85, while the t-shirts are going for $55. Snapbacks and dad hats with Lonzo's ZO2 logo on the front are also available now for $50 and $60, respectively.
