Beyonce's "Homecoming" Netflix Special Leaves Fans Inspired, In Tears & In Awe

When it was announced that Beyonce was teaming up with Netflix to drop a special documentary on her legendary 2018 Coachella experience, fans were here for it. When the announcement was followed-up with an official trailer, that saw Blue Ivy dancing alongside her mom in perfect timing, people were in awe. Now that the doc has premiered on the streaming service and people have tuned in all over the world, the reactions are enough to get you to call in sick so you can stay home and watch the special uninterrupted.

Homecoming was directed and produced by Beyonce herself and shot over the course of eight months. The special shows never-before-seen moments behind the scenes at rehearsals as well as moments with the Carter family.

“I have worked very hard to get to the point where I have a true voice and at this point in my life and my career I have a responsibility to do whats best for the world and not what is most popular," Beyonce says in the documentary.
