Ahead of his scheduled interview on Italian TV, Asia Argento has warned Jimmy Bennett to keep mum unless he wants to face further legal action. Actress Asia Argento rocked the World a couple months ago when her messy 2013 affair with the-then teenage actor came to light. Argento fervently claims that she consented to sexual intercourse with Bennett under the impression that he was "of age," though he looked "juvenile" by the looks of the picture text that accompanied the ran adjacent with the story.
Argento's warning to him was posted via her attorney who reiterated that Bennett's allegations were "slanderous, defamatory" and "untruthful" in spite of the fact they decided as a team to settle out of court for the sum of $380,000. Jimmy's television interview is scheduled for sometime this weekend, media outlets across the boot-shaped country have put on notice.
Argento who holds dual-citizenship in Italy and America has gone to great lengths to invert the story, claiming that it was Bennett who infringed upon her fundamental rights, not the other way around. "I had sex with him and it felt weird. I didn’t know he was a minor until the shakedown letter. The public knows nothing, only what NYT wrote. Which is one-sided. The shakedown letter. The horny kid jumped me," Argento wrote via text to a media liaison not too long ago.
