More than a month after his 2002 album 'The Eminem Show' was certified diamond, the Detroit rapper has achieved the same milestone with another release. Slim Shady's third studio album 'The Marshall Mathers LP' -- released eleven years -- has gone diamond, with the album shipping more than 10 million units.

Detroit is getting sinister. Eminem and Royce Da 5'9" have announced plans to team up for a joint EP dubbed 'Bad Meets Evil,' slated for release on June 14. The promoters behind Compton, Calif. rapper Game's ill-fated Canadian tour now claim that the controversial MC was detained at the Canadian border due to suspicions of gang activity.


While Game initially blamed The Substance Entertainment Group for "misleading" him into believing he would be able to freely travel to Canada to perform a series of scheduled dates, the promoters have responded to say that his own affiliations are to blame for his detainment.

Early on Wednesday morning (April 20), West Coast rapper Game was in good spirits as he tweeted "Happy 420" to fans and announced that he was en route to Canada to perform shows. But things quickly turned sour when he ran into trouble at the Canadian border.

Southern rapper Gucci Mane has reportedly posted bail after being arrested earlier this month for assaulting a woman in Atlanta.


According to reports, Gucci's family did not rush to post his bail following his arrest.

Kanye West took a subliminal shot at his former girlfriend, Amber Rose, during his performance at this year's Coachella Music Festival.
