Family, friends, celebrities, politicians and more all got together at the Greater Grace Temple in Detroit, Michigan today to honour Aretha Franklin who passed away on August 16th. In attendance was Ariana Grande who sang a touching tribute of Aretha's classic song "Natural Woman" and if there was one person who was the most pleased by the set it was none other than the former president, Bill Clinton.
In the clip below you can see Ariana grace the stage in a black dress and the second she starts her vocals, Bill can be seen grinning the whole way through her set. Overall, everyone seemed to be in awe of her tribute to the Queen of Soul as clips popping up on the web see lots of attendees praising Ariana. "When I saw Ariana Grande at the program, I thought that was a new something at Taco Bell. Girl, I gotta give you all your respect," the master of the ceremonies said.
"It's an honor to have met her and we are going to celebrate her," Ariana previously said of Aretha. Peep her performance below.
