Antonio Brown could not make it any more clear that he wants out of Pittsburgh. In doing so, he has blatantly expressed his desire to join the San Francisco 49ers.
Brown is still under contract with the Steelers through 2021, but that hasn't stopped him from flirting with the Niners and their fan base on social media - as seen in his most recent Instagram post.
The 30-year old receiver finished the 2018 season with 104 catches for 1,297 yards and a career-high 15 touchdowns, but had a falling out with the organization toward the tail end of the year. According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Brown feels that head coach Mike Tomlin is "too aligned" with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
49ers legend Jerry Rice made an appearance on 95.7 The Game earlier this month, where he spoke about his recent conversation with Brown and relayed the following message about AB's desire to play in SF: "He wants to come here really bad."
Despite Brown's contract status with the Steelers, the San Francisco 49ers are the favorites when it comes to who Brown will play for in 2019, according to Bookmaker (H/T Bleacher Report).
San Fran has odds of +200 (bet $100 to win $200) of landing Brown, while the New York Jets are next at +500, followed by the Oakland Raiders with odds of +600.
