The "Katrina" Air Jordan 3s will finally be hitting retailers worldwide this weekend, following the early release that took place at Sneaker Politics' New Orleans location at the end of April.
These special edition 3s feature a similar look as the beloved "White Cement" 3s with the addition of red on the mudguard instead of black. The upper is comprised of a crisp, white tumbled leather and the heel tab sports the familiar Jumpman logo in black. The shoes were originally introduced through charity auctions as a means to raise money for Hurricane Katrina victims in 2006.
You can cop the Katrina 3s this Saturday May 12th at all major retailers including Nike, Footaction, Foot Locker, Finish Line, Champs Sports, Shoe Palace and Eastbay, as well as many local boutiques and sneaker shops. Men's pairs will retail for $190, while GS, Pre-School and Toddler sizes will be available for $140, $80 and $60.
