Oluwatoyin "Toyin" Salau, a 19-year-old Black Lives Matter activist, and Victoria Sims, a 75-year-old woman, were found dead after going missing for several days. The man suspected of killing them both, Aaron Glee Jr., has reportedly confessed to his mother that he is guilty.
According to the Daily Mail, Glee Jr. called his mother, Sandra Cutliff, and owned up to the slayings.
During the phone call, he claimed to have met Toyin on a bus when he invited her to his house so that she could take a shower. He says that the teenager asked him for the drug ecstasy but, when he refused to buy her some, she called him a racial slur and bit him.
"He told me that after she got out of the shower she wanted ‘molly,'" said Glee Jr.'s mother. "He told her he wasn’t going to buy it. He said she called him a fatass n****r and bit him. That’s what triggered him off."
Victoria Sims was reportedly well-acquainted with Aaron Glee Jr. Apparently, they were so close that he referred to her as his "white grandmother." The 49-year-old man was apparently so angry after she visited his home and called him a "slob" that he decided to kill her.
Cutliff says her son suffers from mental health problems and had been on a psychotic downward spiral in recent weeks.
Rest in peace, Oluwatoyin "Toyin" Salau and Victoria Sims.
