Floyd coming out of retirement again?

There could be a 51st fight in Floyd Mayweather's future, according to a recent report by TMZ Sports. Floyd has allegedly been telling his camp that he's considering another boxing match and has been training in the gym as if he's preparing for one more bout.

While Floyd's still in fighting shape and has continued training since his victory over Conor McGregor in August, there's still been no official move to come out of retirement despite the latest rumors. It's also unclear whether Floyd is eyeing another fight against the UFC champ or if there is someone else he'd come out of retirement for.

The 40-year old boxer improved to a clean 50-0 for his career after the 10th round TKO victory in August, which was his first fight since September of 2015.

In a recent interview, Conor McGregor spoke about Floyd's fighting style during their highly anticipated fight, and how he feels he'd give Floyd his first loss if they were to step in the ring again.

"He changed his style three times. The third time he went Mexican style with his hands, knuckles above the eyebrows, dipped in low and started walking forward," McGregor said.

"It's a style of fighting that caught me off guard because he never fights like that. I did not prepare or anticipate it. Ultimately it got him the win. Much respect to him but it is what it is."

"If I got another go I would beat him."

McGregor has not fought since his loss to Mayweather and it's still unknown whether his next fight will be in a boxing ring or inside the octagon. He has already been challenged by retired boxer Oscar De La Hoya, 44, who said he'd only need two rounds to dispose of McGregor in a boxing match.

Manny Pacquaio is another boxer who has been linked to the UFC champ in recent weeks.
