The Internet channel their inner garage band in "Come Over."

Pastel colors and homespun vibes are alive and well in "Come Over." The Syd-directed visuals for The Internet's Hive Mind single have arrived, finding the band reverting back to the days of garage based jam sessions. It's rare for a band to make a serious splash in the hip-hop realm, but The Internet sit comfortably at the table with The Roots and The Free Nationals. In "Come Over," the narrative is a loose and endearing depiction of puppy love, but it's not without a welcome dose of comedy.

In the middle of busting out a soulful guitar solo, Stacy Lacy gets an earful for his troubles. "Garcon, turn that stupid-ass shit down. You see Kwalisha up there trying to goddamn meditate. You're playing these piercing ass solos and shit, fucking up the whole vibrations." Sometimes, the guitar must gently weep to its heart's content.

Stay tuned for The Internet's Hive Mind, landing July 20th
