Rihanna has accumulated a massive net worth since stepping on to the music scene and dominating the charts, selling out arena tours, starring in Hollywood blockbusters, as well as adding her name to very successful product endeavours. The "Love on the Brain" singer purchased a mansion in West Hollywood for a cool $2.75 million last year, but had a change of heart and tried putting the fine piece of real estate back on the market months later with an asking price of $2.85 million.
However, no serious bids were made, so instead, the songstress has chosen to rent the house to any prospective client for $16.5k/month, according to the Observer.
Here is what is included in the offer: a 2,600-square-foot Spanish modern mansion with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. There are hedges which surround the gated property, as well as a courtyard with a garden of succulents and a four-car garage.
The white interiors include a kitchen with Caeserstone countertops, four en suite bedrooms, including a guest house with an adjoining bathroom and kitchenette. Furthermore, both the guest house and main residence overlook the lounge, pool area and cabana. The house is also located near a bevy of retail spots, restaurants and cafes, if you ever feel like leaving this palace.
Variety reports Rihanna never actually moved into the mansion, probably because of the more expensive residence in the Hollywood Hills she also purchased recently.
