Lecrae & Zaytoven release the 2nd single off "Let the Trap Say Amen."

Let the Trap Say Amen isn't the gospel record a puritan rapper let whizzle away. The collaborative effort between Texas rapper Lecrae and a revitalized Zaytoven is expected to hit "shelves" on July 22nd. Lecrae confident as ever, dispels rumors of a drought, his work flow unlimited because mighty savior watches over him. "Plugged In" is never the less a druggy palindrome like all the rest, and  who better to set the tone but Zaytoven, the author of many dead-end flips.

The spoken narrative on "Plugged In," of taking office in the streets creates the illusion of reciprocity. As the second single in the lead up to his album drop with Zaytoven, Lecrae hopes to create a transference of ideas linking his notion of "the struggle," to historical records of OJ da Juiceman making the same gesture, one bargaining chip at a time.

Quotable Lyrics:

Woke up early Sunday, hustling all week
Cook a meal up in that studio and let my dawgs eat
Got my mind up on my mission, no time for distractions
I told my partna' go pay your taxes before they come get at ya'
And plus my bro just made parole yeah, let him go yeah
Did his time up in that hole yeah, and hit the road yeah
In this industry for years, ain't never sold my soul yeah
