Peter Rosenberg Is Moving Into Late-Night With His Own Talk Show

Pete Rosenberg, co-host of Ebro in the Morning, is a general do-it-all in the realm of mass media. His latest venture might be his biggest one to date. Rosenberg is quietly preparing for the debut of his new late-night show, Open Late.

His new show, out on the Complex network, will focus on many of the same issues he normally addresses on HOT97, of the pop culture-hip hop-current event ilk associated with his brand. Rosenberg described the opportunity as an extension of his work to date:

"I'm so excited to partner with Complex on this new venture! This is a show based on my passion for music, culture, and politics that recognizes the diverse interests of the generation raised on Snoop Dogg and Outkast alongside the generation raised on Kendrick Lamar and J Cole."

Negotiations for Rosenberg's solo show began in 2016, when former Editor-In-Chief Noah Callahan-Bever floated the idea of hiring a former radio personality as a talk show host. Naturally, Pete Rosenberg came to mind immediately.

The premiere episode of Open Late with Peter Rosenberg will air on Thursday, April 12 at 10 p.m picking up on a weekly basis.
