Since ending his partnership with Swedish retailer H&M amid one insensitive hoodie, The Weeknd has shifted his attention to a thriving Puma collaboration. Their collaborative efforts have manifested in a Spring/Summer 2018 collection, as images from their latest fashionable outing have begun to appear online.
The clothing was designed by the "I Feel it Coming" crooner himself, and is inspired by his jet-set lifestyle, which is a hybrid of different cultural influences, stylistic preoccupations, and timeframes.
The campaign images and their accompanying video illustrate strong sportswear vibes alongside slight military-inspired accents peppered throughout. Some pieces worthy of a purchase include a vibrant red half-zip pullover, as well as a black jacket replete with the recognizable Puma logo embroidered on the back.
The collection also introduces a newly-designed iteration of their sneaker/boot hybrid, which is being called the XO Parallel 2.0 silhouette. The statement footwear will be available in an all-black upper with a gum sole.
