UnoTheActivist rallied support for his cause as an artist besieged by his own label. Limbus Part 1 describes his position in so many words and mostly by invoking concepts like "hell on earth." Uno has proven in the past his willingness to go dark, be more melodic, shoot the breeze, even make records that fall under miscellanea. But I kid you not, "Lil Flip" is not general ed by any stretch of the imagination.
Uno's glottal vocal performance only pauses to herald comic relief (ad-libs). Flip-flip-flip goes on until the principle is explored to every corner. "Lil Flip" like the other records on Limbus Part 1 makes a lurid attempt at referencing Christian iconography. Limbus is a latin word used to describe the liminal space between life on earth and the kingdoms of heaven. People stuck in between must resort to overtime plucking, nothing is never an option?
Quotable Lyrics:
Baby popped a Perc and she started goin' ballistic
Baby what you doin', girl I thought you was a Christian
Under the influence now I'm on her mouth like lipstick
Pull up in the district, I'm just tryna kick shit
Fuck around and diss me, you swimmin' with the fishes
I'm in here with the bulls I ain't tryna miss this
