After exploding onto the scene in 2016 with her appearance on Drake’s More Life album & releasing songs like “Blue Lights,” “Where Did I Go?” and “Teenage Fantasy” to help grow a fanbase, British singer/songwriter Jorja Smith is ready to share with the world the rest of her highly anticipated debut album. Following a recent contribution on Kendrick Lamar’s-curated Black Panther soundtrack with the song “I Am,” Jorja decides to come through today and share her long awaited Lost & Found album.
The follow up to Project 11 serves as a strong introduction into the English singer’s life as she handles all 12 tracks by herself with no features. She describes the album as a collection of tracks from different points in her life, from about the age of 16 to 20, while adding it’s a lot about love. “You can experience love in so many ways. Love with your friends, love with your parents, love with boys, love with girls. There’s so many different ways and its all in my head and I’ll write about it” she says.
Available on iTunes, fans can stream the soulful R&B project in its entity via Apple Music.
