Curry will miss games against Portland & Minnesota, at least.

The Golden State Warriors will be without two-time MVP Steph Curry for at least the next two games as he recovers from a lingering ankle injury, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic. Curry has already missed 11 games this season due to a sprained right ankle, and he tweaked it again during Golden State's win over the Spurs last night.

Curry twisted his right ankle in the first quarter and was able to remain on the court for two free throws but was then subbed out and never returned.

"With Steph's ankle injuries, it's always a worry," Warriors forward Draymond Green said, per ESPN. "Especially ... he's done it so many times where you can kind of tell immediately whether he can get through it or not by his reaction. Just by that reaction that he had tonight, it's kind of a worry."

"It's great to hear that he's OK and he'll be fine sometime soon," Green added. "But it's just always a hold-your-breath type of moment when that happens."

As a result of the nagging ankle injury, Curry will not travel with the Warriors as they head to Portland tonight or when they visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday afternoon. So far this season Curry is averaging a team-high 26.8 points per game as well as 5.2 rebounds and 6.3 assists.

The Warriors, 51-14, have won nine of their last 10 games but they're still a half game back of the Houston Rockets who are currently riding a 17-game winning streak en route to an NBA-best 51-13 record.
