Drake can't seem to make up his mind whether he wants to stay with Nike and Jordan Brand, or jump ship to join the likes of Kanye West, Pharrell and Pusha T on Team Adidas. Or maybe he's just doing his best to create a bidding war between the two brands.
Earlier this week in Toronto, Drake was court side for the Raptors vs Celtics game and sneaker twitter was quick to point out that he was wearing a pair of Nike Air Max 1s. This was worth noting because Drake has recently been spotted in Adidas gear, including the UltraBoost 4.0 and a pair of Kanye West's Yeezy boots.
However, at last night's Majid Jordan concert in Toronto, Drake switched up once again, taking the stage in the "Blush" Yeezy 500. While the Nike vs Adidas situation remains to be something worth monitoring, the most important news from Drake's surprise appearance at last night's show was the announcement that he has a new single dropping tonight.
