Mac Miller decided to come out of nowhere today and surprise fans with the release of three new songs, including “Programs,” “Buttons” & “Small World,” the latter of which we’re highlighting for y’all right here.
Slowing things down again, Mac hops on this Carter Lang & Tae Beast production and softly raps & croons about the world being so small, just as the title depicts. The end of the song completely switches vibes & changes to a piano-laced production where Mac self reflects on who he is and became. It’s presumed at the moment that these 3 releases will all see life on his forthcoming album, but well have to wait for confirmation about that.
For now though, take a listen to the 3rd release from Mac and sound off in the comments. Single available on iTunes.
Quotable Lyrics:
Yeah, I got a bad attitude
Playing til I'm out of moves
No need for shame, I get more peace at slow speeds
Go beat the game, young control freak
It's cold in my veins, I'm below freezing, snow season (made me)
