Well here it is fans. After breaking out onto the scene last year with her captivating personality & chart-topping smash “Bodak Yellow,” former Love & Hip Hop star & Bronx sensation Cardi B decides to come through today and share her highly anticipated debut album Invasion Of Privacy via Atlantic Records.
Laced with 13 tracks in total, the follow up to last year’s Gangsta Bitch Vol. 2 features guest appearances from Migos, 21 Savage, Kehlani, Chance The Rapper, and SZA. Meanwhile production is handled by the likes of Murda Beatz, Mike Dean, 30 Roc, Boi-1da, Vinylz, Benny Blanco, Frank Dukes, Cassius Jay and more.
In an interview with Beats 1, Cardi revealed that she raps about her family, addressing the haters, being in love, and designer clothes on the album, but there’s more to it than that as well. She also openly admits that she's chasing hits too.
"It's so sad to say, and I don't want to be the one to say it, but you gotta follow the trend," she says. "This generation loves to get high. They love to be on drugs. This is why they on that shit: They don't want to think about what you're saying.” "A bitch like me, it might not work out for me," she said when asked about doing conscious lyrics, "so I'm going to stick to trapping."
Led by the previously heard singles “Bodak Yellow,” “Be Careful,” & “Bartier Cardi,” fans can now stream the project in its entirety (below) via Apple Music. Hit play and let us know what you think. Project available on iTunes.
