Kanye West may be hinting at a big year coming up for the Adidas Yeezy Wave Runner, a sneaker that has not released since it unexpectedly dropped a few months back.
Just a few days after Kanye was spotted in a new "Triple Black" colorway of the Adidas Yeezy Wave Runner 700, he stepped out in a modified version of the shoe which features a simple white and grey color scheme.
Kanye was seen in the shoes during a recent meeting with Scooter Braun, Virgil Abloh, and Skrillex, but the kicks look a little different than the Yeezy Wave Runner 700s we've seen previously. This particular sample pair maintains the overall silhouette, but features a heel overlay atop the traditional Wave Runner sole.
Release details for the Yeezy Wave Runner 700 have not been announced, but the way Kanye has been rocking several colorways as of late leads us to believe the new sneakers should be featured in 2018.
