The last few years have seen a steady increase in the amount of exposure G Herbo has in the rap landscape. The 2016 XXL freshman came through in 2017 with his debut album Humble Beast, which boasts features from the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Jeremih, Lil Yachty, Lil Bibby and Bump J. One of the standouts was "Everything," a track featuring Uzi that details the young rapper's lifestyle of having done it all. Nothing is impossible in Herbo's mind.
This Friday, an extension of the track will be released enlisting a new guest verse from Chance The Rapper and a possible fresh take from Lil Uzi Vert. Although he was on the original, Uzi may offer something new in the remix. The former Lil Herb shared a preview of what we can expect on Instagram, with a few of Chance's bars coming through. The original production by Southside is not expected to be altered as the remix keeps the same trap percussion that the 808 Mafia producer is known for.
Herbo is dropping the deluxe version of Humble Beast this Friday, February 16 and the remix will be part of the project. Both from Chicago, G Herbo and Chance have collaborated in the past and their blend of styles should be dope and the inclusion of Uzi adds an additional, exciting element. Check out the preview below and let us know if you're looking forward to it.
