On April 27th, 2016 Katt Williams went into Spondivits Restaurant in Georgia with his entourage asking for a table for his group. According to the host, Kevin Oliveira, Katt was told it would be a little bit of a wait but he would try to get him a table as soon as he could. Katt allegedly lashed out, grabbed a salt shaker and threw it at Kevin's face so hard that he had to go to the hospital and get ten stitches to his lip and mouth, The Blast reports.
The publication says that two years later, Kevin is still seeking unspecified damages for loss of income, medical expenses, and past and future losses due to his injury. The publication has reached out to Katt for a comment but has yet to hear back.
