The white and red "Katrina" Air Jordan 3s will be hitting retailers for the first time ever next month, and today new images of the white and red 3s have been revealed.
These special edition 3s were originally introduced through charity auctions as a means to raise money for Hurricane Katrina victims in 2006, featuring a similar look as the beloved "White Cement" 3s with the addition of red on the mudguard instead of black. The Katrina 3s are now scheduled to arrive on May 12th, and will retail for the standard Air Jordan price of $190. Louisiana-based shop Sneaker Politics will release the kicks early on April 28th in a special event with Jordan Brand as a tribute to Hurricane Katrina.
In addition to this much anticipated release, it is being reported that the black and grey "Shadow" Air Jordan 1s will also be featured as part of Jordan Brand's 2018 lineup, marking the first time the beloved shoe has released since 2013.
Take a closer look at the "Katrina" 3s in the posts below and stay tuned for a list of retailers that will have the kicks in stock.
