There’s been a lot of speculation & rumors surrounding the release of Eminem’s long awaited 9th studio album Revival over the past couple months. From rumored release dates to a fake prescription campaign, Revival has been arguably the most anticipated project of 2017, and now the wait is over. After weeks of promotion, which included hearing songs like “Walk On Water” & “Untouchable,” Revival is officially now on iTunes & streaming platforms after suffering a leak earlier this week.
Laced with 19 songs in total, the follow up to 2013’s The Marshal Matters LP 2 features guest appearances from Beyonce, Phresher, Ed Sheehan, Pink, Skylar Grey, Kehlani, Alicia Keys, and more. Meanwhile production is handled by Rick Rubin, Dr. Dre (executive producer), Alex Da Kid, Illa Da Producer, Mr. Porter, and more.
"I’ve been working on it for over a year. You know how it is -- you make songs, and as you make the new ones, the old ones get old and you throw them out," Eminem said. "The album is called Revival. It’s a reflection of where I’m at right now, but also I feel like what I tried to do was diversify. I’ve tried to make a little something for everyone.”
Available now on iTunes, fans can stream the project in its entirety via Apple Music. Hit play and let us what record you’re feeling the most? Look for Eminem to hit the road in 2018 for a worldwide tour too (dates TBA).
