No injuries have been reported.

President Donald Trump's daughter-in-law was sent to a Manhattan hospital after she opened a package meant for Donald Trump Jr. that had suspicious white powder. According to NBC News, Vanessa Trump and three other residents in her home were taken to the New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center strictly as a precaution.

The substance has been taken to a lab for analysis while no injuries have been reported so far. "How disturbed must a person be to do what they did to a mother of five children?'' President Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen says. "This dangerous and reckless act goes beyond political differences."

Trump Jr. is Donald's oldest child with his ex-wife Ivana. Trump Jr. and Vanessa married in 2005 and share five children.

“The media is inflaming a lot of hysteria with regard to Trump and [this incident] is just a product of that," David Schnall, a resident in Trump Jr.'s building tells NBC News. "There is an inflammation of hatred towards the president and anything to do with him, and hopefully this will be a signal for people to stop."

Just recently, Trump Jr. spoke about his father being painted as a racist, claiming it's not true since he used to hang with "all the rappers."

“It’s been terrible to watch, because I know him, I’ve seen him my whole life, I’ve seen the things he’s done. It’s amazing, all the rappers, all the this, all his African-American friends, from Jesse Jackson to Al Sharpton," he said. "I have pictures with them…it was only when he got into politics that all of a sudden, ‘Oh, he’s the most terrible human being ever."
