One of two new songs from Three Stacks.

After showing up only sporadically through guest appearances over the last few years, Andre 3000 has shared solo material today. In honor of Mother's Day, the Outkast songwriter has released two new songs, both of which recorded "several years ago," according to Pitchfork. "Me&My (To Bury Your Parents)" is a ballad dedicated to Andre's mother and father, who died within a year of one another in 2013 and 2014 respectively. The song, in which Andre sings and plays bass clarinet while accompanied by Kevin Kendrick on piano, recalls simple memories of going to the grocery store and driving to football games with his parents.

In addition to the songs, Andre shared text messages with his mother sent on his birthday in 2013. She died the next day. He captioned one of the photos "#momslastwords."

Andre also shared handwritten lyrics to the song, as well as a photo of himself and his mother at what appears to be his graduation from elementary school. "Happy Mother's Day," he captioned the lyric photo. "I'm sure all the cards, dinners, flowers and last minute gifts are appreciated but I've learned the best gift a parent could get is to simply know their child is ok."

Quotable Lyrics:
Me and my mother drivin' to the grocery store
Me ridin' shotgun with my window rolled down
She smokes cigarettes and gets what she gets by
Hustlin' harder rollers and a nightgown
Me and my father driving to the football game
Me ridin' shotgun my window rolled down
He sipped cognac and kept us all laughin'
I was much happier when he was around
When he was around, around
