As he prepares to release Requiem, his follow-up to 2017's The Ex Files, Atlanta's Thouxanbanfauni has shared some new music to hold fans over. On top of Desiigner collaboration "Bruce Wayne," he's also shared a new track with Zuse, the Kingston, Jamaica-born, Atlanta based rapper bringing dancehall aggression to trap. Cited as a "longtime friend" in the SoundCloud description, the two emcees, though having drastically different vocal styles, balance each other out over mesmerizing production from Staccato, a beatmaker who's proven to be an exciting architect of sounds through his work with artists like UnoTheActivist and Warhol.ss. Fauni's upcoming project, Requiem, is currently without a release date, but he's instructing fans to "stay tuned" for more new music while he "perfects" the new album. You can listen to his project Heavy Weight Champ here.
Quotable Lyrics:
Twenty racks on me, blowin' easily
She just wanna come out
And be seen wit' me
To tell her lil' lonely ass friends
She ain't seein' me
And her mans
I know that fo sho' he ain't seein' me
Got your wife out and she lit in the BNB
Love that pussy, fight that pussy
Blew it like TNT
Fetty comin' through
Out the roof, exponentially
I'm mixin' chemicals
And these hoes want chemistry
