According to new reports, Sacha Baron Cohen reportedly tapped OJ Simpson to star in his upcoming infamous prankster film and it hasn't sparked the best reactions from the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
Sacha, whose created films such as Ali G and Borat, reportedly met with OJ in a Las Vegas hotel room, but sources tell Page Six that OJ only did the meeting after he was paid 20K.
“O.J. would not even get in the hotel room until he was paid a sackload of cash,” the source said. “There was no way Sacha could have got O.J. into the room without paying money.” The details of their meeting have not been revealed, or the premise of Sacha's film and how OJ will play a part.
As it is publicly known, OJ was acquitted of the murder of ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ron that took place in 1994. “Nicole and Ron are two human beings who were brutally murdered,” Nicole's sister, Tanya, said about OJ getting paid. “This is not a joke, nor is it entertainment.”
Although OJ was acquitted, he was still ordered to pay ver $25 million for liability, that he apparently ignored. “Paying money — cash no less — in secret to O.J. Simpson is 100 percent unadulterated sleaze,” David Cook, a collections lawyer said. “This is nuts.”
