Buddy returns with his latest single, "Trouble On Central."

Buddy is one of the rising stars coming out of the West right now. The Compton native is currently signed to Pharell's I Am Other imprint and RCA. Through the label, the rapper dropped off his excellent, Magnolia EP last summer. He's been grinding for a minute and it seems like that EP was just the beginning for him. Earlier this year, he connected with A$AP Ferg for the single, "Black" and shortly after, released the video for it. Now, he follows it with his new solo single, "Trouble On Central."

Buddy returns with his funky new single, "Trouble On Central." The song strays away from his rap side and dives deeper into a 90's R&B and funk sound. Buddy still delivers honest and vivid depictions of his experiences in Compton on the track. Buddy's latest track is showing that he's much more than a rapper and shows potential of doing major things in his career.

Quotable Lyrics
I wish I had a girl by my side
I wish I had a brand new ride
I wish I had a light
I wish I had a private flight
I wish upon the stars sometimes
