Future reportedly puts a lawsuit behind him.

Earlier this year, Future and his former producer and friend Rocko found themselves embroiled in a growing legal battle. Rocko, who originally signed Future to A1 Records, had allegedly sued the Atlanta rapper for over ten million dollars in unpaid royalties. The lawsuit led to rumors that Future pulled the two-albums-in-one year drop in order to help pay the producer, though Future disputed all claims of that nature. However, even during the lawsuit, Rocko seemed open to supporting Future, although the circumstances were no doubt tense.

Now, TMZ has reported on the latest development from the near eighteen month lawsuit. Apparently, Rocko has confirmed that the pair have reached an agreement. While it's unclear on whether or not he managed to secure the ten million he was asking for, apparently his lawyers have confirmed that the results were "very successful." TMZ is claiming that the settlement stands at seven figures, though no set number is given.

As of now, Future's camp has yet to issue a statement. However, there's little doubt that Hendrxx will want to put this behind him, and continue to expand on his prolific 2017 campaign. With this reportedly in the dust, there's no telling what Future might get up to next; there are no official talks of a new album, but he remains one of the game's hardest working emcees. Talk of a Super Slimey 2 has been circulating, but in the mean time, why not check back on some of the year's best albums - Future & Hendrxx?
