Patrick Paige II from The Internet delivers another smooth single.

The Internet will hopefully be making its long-awaited return with a new album soon, but first, Patrick Paige II, the group's bassist and producer, will be releasing his own solo project. We've already heard his first single, "On My Mind/Charge It to the Game" featuring Syd and Kari Faux, but now he's back with the featureless "Voodoo."

Unlike the last track, there's no bars on here, but Patrick instead delivers a smooth bass and piano infused track that could be compared somewhat to Thundercat, with less of the weirdness that defines his music. Listen to this when longingly gazing out your bedroom window during a rainy night.

Patrick Paige II's debut album, Letters of Irrelevance, drops May 18th. For now, check out "Voodoo" and let us know what you think.

Quotable Lyrics

Am I wrong,
If I want,
To have my cake and eat it too,
At the end,
Of the day,
You know I'm coming home to you
