A highlight from Preme's new project "Light Of Day,"

Ty Dolla $ign is one of the most prolific feature artists working, which is partially due to his natural writing ability and partially his ability to sound great beside pretty much any type of artist. It makes him one of the best features on Preme's new project Light Of Day. He shows up on "Callin," an R&B-infused record that pulls the rapper (formerly known as P Reign) into more melodic territory. Ty ends up taking up a fair amount of space on the record, but when Preme enters, he's the perfect compliment to the singer's crooning, keeping his delivery ever-so-slightly rap influenced while still introducing some inventive melodies strengthened with effective storutelling.

In a recent interview with HNHH, Preme spoke of his journey up until this album. "I feel like theres always so much gaps and holes poked into my story because theres always such a disconnect. The fact that I wasn't able to travel so long. Name change, so many things,” he said. “I really wanted to try to use this album to help tell that story." You can watch the full conversation below.

Quotable Lyrics:
I been callin', callin' callin' you baby
I was checkin' in on my lil' baby
Used to pull up in that Mercedes
Friends used to be callin' me crazy
