Police are on the scene at YouTube's Silicon Valley offices.

Police are responding to 911 calls after employees have reported an active shooter at the YouTube headquarters in San Bruno.

Details are still unclear at this moment but tweets from workers suggest that the suspect has commited suicide. Todd Sherman said he thought he was being evacuated due to an earthquake but quickly realized someone was armed with a weapon.

Police and SWAT showed up to the scene seen patting down employees and evacuating the campus, CBS News reports. YouTube's parent company, Google, said they are "coordinating with authorities and will provide official information here from Google and YouTube as it becomes available."

As more and more reports come in, it seems as though the suspect may be an adult female.
