Marshawn gonna Marshawn.

Marshawn Lynch had himself quite an eventful night, despite the fact he only touched the football twice in Oakland's thrilling 31-30 win over the division rival Kansas City Chiefs.

Marshawn was ejected midway through the second quarter of last night's game after running onto the field and making contact with a ref during a scuffle involving the Raiders' offensive linemen, as well as Lynch's cousin, Chiefs cornerback, Marcus Peters.

It all went down after Peters came in and hit Derek Carr as he was being tackled. A few of the Raiders linemen, including Donald Penn, came to their QB's defense, which is when Marshawn ran off the sidelines to break things up. During the altercation, Marshawn grabbed an official and was promptly ejected from the game.

However...

Raiders lineman Donald Penn spoke about the incident after the game and explained to reporters that Marshawn and Marcus Peters are like brothers.

Per ESPN,

"I ran over there and got [Peters] off of him because the refs weren't doing their job of protecting my quarterback when he's on the ground," Penn said.

"I saw Marshawn come out there; that's his cousin. Chris Long did that thing to his brother a couple years ago. Marshawn wasn't doing anything. He was just trying to protect his cousin, get his cousin to the sideline. They're real close, they're more like brothers than cousins, they're real close. He's going to learn. Marshawn's smart, he's going to learn from that moving forward."

Not only did Marshawn head up to the stands to watch the remainder of last night's game after being ejected, but he also rode the bart home with Peters, while Raiders fans chanted "Fuck the Chiefs!"
