Introducing the Dirty Coin.

The late Wu-Tang member Ol' Dirty Bastard has his son still keeping his name relevant by teaming with Link Media Partners to launch a new brand of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology-based products called Dirty Coin.

"Bitcoin is the future of money and all the fans want a part of the future of Ol' Dirty Bastard. In the past, Dad's music was ahead of its time, so it makes sense that he would be ahead of the technology of money now,” Young Dirty said, via XXL.

The form of payment will support future musical endeavours for Young Dirty such as his upcoming debut album set to drop Fall of this year. Fans will have access to exclusive merchandise, music and more from ODB and tour info for Young Dirty. Trading of the upcoming coin will take place on AltMarket later this year.

Just yesterday we announced that the Uber co-founder created is own cryptocurrency dubbed Eco. The futuristic form of payment has really made an impact on the entertainment/music industry with Nipsey Hussle, Lil Uzi Vert and more all with stakes in the market.

"And don't think that you found a get-rich-quick scheme. I don't think that's what this is," Nipsey previously said about the rise in Bitcoin. "Look at the reality of what’s going on—it makes perfect sense for there to be an unregulated peer-to-peer currency that people can exchange goods and services via, without it being linked to a central bank. And it's no ulterior motive. It's honest, between the two parties. And the transaction is transparent. So, where is the flaw in that?"
